Your first box will be shipped as soon as our fulfillment team processes your order. All subsequent boxes will be shipped between the second and third week of every month.
Note: For Month-to-Month subscriptions, the 25th of the month is the cut-off date to receive the next month’s box. If you sign up after the 25th, your next billing will be on the 1st of the month following the next. For example, signing up on January 28th means the next billing is March 1st.
For 3, 6, or 12-month pre-paid subscriptions, the cut-off date is the 20th of the month.

Yes, shipping is free to all U.S. addresses.
Yes, we do! International shipping rates apply, and we subsidize part of the shipping expense to reduce your cost.
You will receive a box every month. Your first is shipped as soon as possible, and future boxes ship between the 2nd and 3rd week of each month.
Unfortunately, no. Some products contain pork by-products, which cannot be shipped to these addresses.
Log into your Treats account, go to your Account page, and scroll to “Shipping Address.” Click “Edit,” update your info, and save changes.
United States: Packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or FedEx SmartPost and may take a few days to a couple of weeks.
International: Packages are sent via USPS First Class International, International Priority Airmail, or FedEx CrossBorders. Delivery may take 1–4 weeks or longer depending on local delays.
